The Autumn Golfer: A Seasonal Tribute

With the arrival of autumn, the golf course took on a completely new character. Players competed amidst a landscape of golden hues and crisp air, navigating the morning fog that added a touch of magic to the competition. As the sun set earlier, the final holes were played in the atmospheric glow of the moonlight.

This edition’s patron was the Autumn Golfer—a true enthusiast of the season’s unique aura. He finds his stride in the cool, golden charm of autumn, far preferring the racy breeze and misty mornings to the heat of summer.

FREZO CUP 2024 Highlights

This year’s edition is officially behind us! 40 golfers from clubs across Poland took part in the tournament, bravely navigating every challenge on the course—from high grass and trees to water hazards. A huge thank you to all participants for your incredible spirit and for joining us on the green.

The Patron: Penguin Pan
This year’s patron was Penguin Pan, the eccentric bird known for his sharp beak and vibrant style. Born from a tiny 1960s sketch by Franciszek Michałek and rediscovered decades later, he now travels the world with a suitcase full of colorful outfits, bringing the soul of original Polish design to art lovers everywhere.

A Centennial Tribute: Art and Sport

Golf is widely regarded as the world’s most beautiful sport, a timeless tradition carried forward by today’s players. Similarly, FREZO’s unique wall art is deeply rooted in the legacy of 1950s and 60s Polish design.

Much of our collection was inspired by the archival sketches of Franciszek Michałek, a prominent artist from the Toruń and Bydgoszcz regions. This tournament was held to honor the 100th anniversary of his birth, celebrating the perfect harmony between his artistic vision and the elegance of the game.
